What is different compared to the normal FASTING BOX?
As part of our sustainability efforts, the repeater box does not contain a measuring tape, tea strainer, Ketosticks or the User Guide. However, in order to track your success, it does include a flyer with a table for you to enter your measurements. Of course, you still have the option of contacting our experts or comparing notes with others in our online community.
Fasting can help you lose excess fat and weight, reduce insulin resistance, and normalise your blood pressure and fat and glucose metabolism. It can also alleviate inflammation and inflammation-related pain.
Our FASTING BOX can help you to retain the positive effects of fasting in one of our Buchinger Wilhelmi clinics for as long as possible once you have returned to your busy day-to-day life.
We have developed this FASTING BOX by Buchinger Wilhelmi for you based on our unique wealth of experience and numerous scientific studies and incorporating the latest developments in research. That means the daily calorie intake is higher than when fasting at one of our clinics to allow you to easily accomplish your many daily tasks even though your metabolism is changing.
As the plant-based foods in the box are very low in calories and carbohydrates but high in fats, as well as supplying some proteins, your body still enters ketosis – one of the desired effects of the “fasting metabolism”. Ketosis is a metabolic state that encourages cell regeneration.
