Buchinger Wilhelmi Sunflower oil

This golden yellow, cold-pressed sunflower oil comes from the countryside around Lake Constance. The sunflowers are grown and pressed locally. Thanks to being gently processed at max. 37°C, the oil has a particularly pure, nutty flavour. This also ensures that all important nutrients and vitamins are preserved: The oil is rich in essential polyunsaturated fatty acids as well as vitamins A and E.*

The sunflower oil is an ideal supplement to a healthy, balanced diet. It is a perfect addition to cold dishes like salads, muesli, smoothies and dips.

But that’s not all: Growing sunflowers is also good for the soil. It is ideal for ecological crop rotation and loosens the ground so that more water are absorbed and nutrients accumulated.
