Description
This vegan condiment is prepared using traditional methods with sweet lupins and oat from Lake Constance and left to mature for several months. The ingredients are grown organically. Lupinello is free from colouring agents and preservatives as well as flavour enhancers.
Lupin seasoning provides a strong umami flavour and can be used in a wide range of dishes, such as soups, sauces, rice dishes, fish and meat. It is also an ideal alternative to soy sauce thanks to its savoury, salty taste, and is naturally gluten-free. It can be used to supplement vegetarian and vegan recipes as lupins are rich in protein.
